This Restaurant Month event is one’s for meat lovers!
Enjoy one hour sampling three types of dry-aged Aged beef matched with wines.
Join Chef Johnny Roullier in a one-hour cocktail style, three course tasting flight of Dry-aged beef. Chef Johnny has hand-selected two cuts of côte de boeuf and dry-aged them according to different durations, bringing out their incredible flavour. Your hosts for the evening will be sharing stories of the suppliers and producers as you taste a luscious flight of dry-aged cuts and wine.
Guests will also get to taste the ultimate of beef, food of emperors and samurais, the famed wagyu, that has been carefully aged in-house, bringing out robust flavours that will satisfy any meat lover’s palate. All tasting dishes are paired with beautiful red wines to complement.
There are three sittings to book into, one at 5.30pm, one at 6.45pm and one at 8pm.
