Now that travel around the world has well and truly resumed Restaurant Month is excited to bring back global culinary experiences for 2023 after a 3-year hiatus. This series of dinner events pairs a stunning line up of international chefs with iconic Auckland city centre restaurants and host chefs for exclusive and unique one-off collaborative dinners that celebrate great chef talent as well as the incredible quality and diversity of the local dining scene.
These Chef Collab dinner events will create bespoke menus that incorporate the food styles and experiences of the guest chef with that of the resident local host - showcasing creativity, personality and international heritage.
For five nights across the month of August, diners will be treated to sensational menus presenting a treasure trove of flavours. From shared style African accented dishes to fine dining contemporary European, Indian and French culinary influences. Make the most of this opportunity to experience the creativity and innovation of a group of prominant off-shore culinary curators as they join forces with the vanguard of the city centre restaurant scene and create an unforgettable evening of gastronomic passion!
