But how much screen time is too much? Is binge-watching bad for us? For our eyes? How does it affect us? How does it affect our kids? So many questions, so many open browser tabs, so little time…

Dr Alex Müntz is a research fellow in the Department of Ophthalmology, trained in optometry and vision science. His research focus is dry eye disease, but he keeps a close eye on the broader health impacts of screen use, and an open mind about our ‘digital lifestyle’.
