Pinay

1991, Philippines. Mount Pinatubo has erupted. The ash settles in Christchurch, where the ground is also shifting, uncertain and evolving. Bursting with joy, PINAY collides the stories of an immigrant mother and her assimilated daughter to chronicle the lengths we will go to change for the ones we love.

Directed by James Roque, written (and starring) Marianne Infante with an ensemble cast featuring Donna Dacuno, Richard Perillo, Lucas Haugh, Marwin Maui Silerio and Matiu Hamuera.
