Enjoy live mariachi music, a taste of tacos, and drop in to make your own Mexican crafts with your friends and family. While here, explore the exhibition Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera: Art and Life in Modern Mexico, where Curator, Julia Waite, will be sharing her insights into Frida Kahlo, Diego Rivera and the dynamic networks of modern art in Mexico.

  • 11 – 3pm each day: La Mexicana will serving up their authentic tacos from
  • From 12:30 – 1pm, and 1:30pm – 2pm each day: Mariachi music will greet you on the East Terrace on Level 2
  • 11 – 3pm each day: Enjoy Frida-inspired whanau drop in activities
  • Saturday, 11am: Catch curator, Julia Waite, talk on the exhibition in the auditorium on – bookings essential
