To welcome in the Year of the Tiger, you can join experienced florist Jennifer Liao and learn the exciting techniques and various repertoires of floral arrangement.
There are 15 places available, and all materials will be provided. This event will be conducted in Mandarin and English.
This event is at the Makerspace on the ground floor of the Central City Library.
Please note that a vaccine passport is required to attend the event.
