For a fortnight only, Custom Lane will transform into a piece of France in collaboration with luxury vodka brand Grey Goose.
The experience includes a dedicated Grey Goose cocktail list with highly aromatic, light French-inspired food pairings to welcome the beginning of warm summer evenings.
The signature serve cocktail is Grey Goose Le Grand Fizz. A long, light, refreshing combination of Grey Goose vodka, St-Germain Elderflower liqueur, and fresh lime, topped with chilled soda for a gentle effervescence. Perfectly paired with Roquefort blue cheese, pear and honey crostini.
Another must-try is the delicious Grey Goose Espresso Martini, paired with petite chocolate truffle tart with poppy seed tuile.
In true French style, there will be a decadent crêpe cart with live crêpe creations. All, in accompaniment with the dedicated cocktail list in honour of the seminal French vodka.
DJ Karn Hall will kick off Thursday and Friday evenings with electronic summer vibes from 5pm as guests enjoy the Grey Goose summer savoir faire.
