Bask in the sunshine of Huami’s Summer Garden and enjoy three flutes of Perrier-Jouët champagne and a selection of handcrafted dim sums, while Cuisine Pastry Chef of the Year, Lisa Crowe, and her team guide you through decorating your own garden themed cake! 

You will be provided with your own cake, white chocolate cream filling, buttercream, a range of beautiful floral themed decorations, and all the necessary tools to create your dream cake. Don’t worry if you’re not a cake decorating wizz, Lisa and her expert team will be right there to guide you through the whole experience. They will also provide you with a takeaway box to take your beautiful creation home to gift to a loved one or keep all for yourself.

While creating your masterpiece enjoy a tasting of three Perrier-Jouët champagnes and three delectable dim sums the expert Chefs at Huami. The Perrier-Jouët Garden dim sum menu will also be available for further purchases of dim sums and champagne.

There will be two sessions on Saturday 3 February 2024, 12pm to 2pm & 4pm to 6pm with limited seats available.


$2 per hour to a max of $12 on weekends and a $12 flat rate for weekday evenings at The Civic car park. Find out more
