These after-work classes offer a unique opportunity to stretch, balance and unwind in a serene setting surrounded by stunning art and architecture.

Each session lasts one hour and includes:

Gentle warm-up stretches
Progression to stronger poses, with a focus on flow, balance and breathing
A calming warm-down with breathing practice, ending with a brief relaxation or meditation.
These sessions are open to those aged 14 years and over, from beginners to more experienced yogis. Bookings are essential as we are not accepting over-the-counter purchases on the day. 

Sessions:
5.30–6.30pm class with Penny Hacking
7–8pm class with Chrissie Cunningham

Condition of participation: please do not register or attend if you currently have any medical conditions, health issues (including injuries, surgeries) or illnesses that could affect your ability to undertake this class safely.
