The Panacea Infinity Barrel
New Year’s Eve | 31 DEC | All Night
Bring your bottle of dark spirit on New Year’s Eve - Armagnac, Cognac, whisky, rum or something suitably mysterious. Panacea will add it to their Elsewhen Applejack barrel, where it will rest, age and evolve for the year ahead. After its year at Panacea, the barrel will move homes to continue its journey in another bar in New Zealand. Then, one year later, they'll open the barrel. A spirit in, a year out.
