Bossi, invites you to join their exclusive bottomless brunch event, Domenica Frizzante (Bubbly Sunday). Gather your family and friends for a delightful culinary journey, featuring authentic Italian dishes and, of course, bottomless Prosecco!

Located in the heart of downtown Auckland, Bossi is renowned for serving up hearty Italian delicacies reminiscent of Nonna's traditional recipes. While normally open Monday to Saturday, the restaurant is extending a warm welcome on Sunday, especially for this bubbly celebration.

Indulge your taste buds with a delectable three-course set menu, expertly crafted by Executive Chef Shaun Dowling. For just $89 per person ($59 for non-drinkers), guests can relish in the delicious flavours of Italy while enjoying endless Divici Prosecco, generously supplied by Bossi wine partner, Procure Wine Merchants.

Prosecco, a delightful Italian DOC or DOCG white wine produced in the Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia regions, takes centre stage at this event, adding a touch of effervescence to every sip. The Divici Prosecco has earned high praise for its crisp, refreshing, and easy-to-drink qualities, making it the perfect companion to complement your palate-pleasing pasta dishes.

The carefully curated set menu for Domenica Frizzante presents an array of appetising options, including a choice of piadina flatbread with tapenade, prosciutto crudo, anchovy and basil emulsion or polenta bruschetta with pickles, quail eggs, mortadella and rocket, to start; short rib risotto with crispy leeks, or fettuccine with nduja, mascarpone and lemon basil crumb for mains; and a choice of chocolate or negroni cannoli for dessert.

Don't miss this fantastic opportunity to indulge in the finest Italian cuisine and raise your glasses to a sparkling Prosecco Day celebration at Bossi's Domenica Frizzante!
