We Cross Waves is a laser projection by artist Suren Unka of animated waves illuminating across Cross Street, utilising Cross Street's two overbridges.

Through art born of technological possibility, we can cross boundaries. While technology can be the antithesis of nature we can use it to bring natural beauty to a cityscape. The Waves represent nature as a much bigger beast than humanity. As humans we continue to get on top of the waves and take a ride.

Check out this laser projection as you explore the more than 50 artworks and installations on displays as part of City of Colour in the city centre.
