You will be guided by the Executive Chef Jinu Abraham and Claire Guenegan, owner of The Dessert Experience, to learn about chocolate and teas, recognize and identify flavours and aromas to refine your palate.
Discover the fine work requested to bring you a selection of the finest chocolates in a world to paired with your teas, from the cocoa bean to the chocolate bar.
You will have the privilege to taste some of the new delicacies from the High tea menu, and understand how Chef Jinu create his new dishes.
