Join Oli Mathiesen, Lucy Lynch, and Sharvon Mortimer for an extraordinary dance experience,The Butterfly Who Flew Into The Rave. Set against the pulsating beats of Suburban Knight's 'Nocturbulous Behaviour,' this endurance-based performance delves into the dynamic movements of techno and rave culture, creating a contemporary nightclub embodied by three dancers.

Immerse yourself in relentless, seamless choreography that unfolds with precision to every beat, capturing the essence and energy of a three-day rave condensed into a high-art, streamlined spectacle. Witness the destruction of three human beings before your eyes—a display of pure endurance, embracing the pain, sweat, and passion required to achieve a singular goal.

Imagine the first dance at a wedding, but in a setting that feels more like a funeral—an ode to the collective challenges of the past three years, marked by the loss of societal norms and political structures. This performance serves as a physicalized artifact, reflecting the endurance of a community through the tribulations of work, time, love, and more.

The Butterfly Who Flew Into The Rave is not just a dance, but an acid house remix that defiantly shouts in the face of the pandemic.
