These young upshots include television and radio personalities. Guy Williams plays hosts to a hilarious taster of the hottest up-and-coming comedians on the NZ scene; Tim Batt, Brendon Green, Jamaine Ross, Guy Montgomery, and Stephen Witt.
Have a laugh with some of the best and brightest young comedians in town and kick off the Comedy Festival with this great night out. And the people making the big calls about these tall talents will be the inaugural winner of the Billy T Award in 1997 Ewen Gilmour; Jackie van Beek (Actor/Writer/Director); Richard Carrington (Managing Director Notorious Management Ltd); Oliver Sealy (TVNZ Producer); and Jon Bridges (Producer of TV3’s 7 Days).
