Auckland Philharmonia is New Zealand’s full-time professional Metropolitan orchestra, serving the country’s largest and most vibrant city with a comprehensive programme of concerts and education and outreach activities.
Auckland Philharmonia presents a full season of symphonic work showcasing many of the world’s finest classical musicians, with over 50 mainstage performances annually.
Performances take place at both the Auckland Town Hall and the Aotea Centre, and the Auckland Philharmonia also support the Royal New Zealand Ballet and the New Zealand Opera with their various Auckland productions throughout the year.
