For an exclusive three months, Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2016, a champagne rarely available by the glass, will be poured at MASU, Metita and SkyBar, with each venue bringing its own culinary interpretation to the experience.
Boasting a round and supple palette, Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2016 unfolds into a fresh finish of clementine and pomelo, with aromas moving from toasted bread and hazelnut to gingerbread, marzipan, plum, quince and orange blossom.
Across all three destinations, Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2016 is available for $35 by the glass and $200 by the bottle. For an elevated experience, each venue is offering three distinct culinary experiences with each creating a unique way to discover Grand Vintage.
Masu: Grand vintage meets Japanese dining
At MASU, Grand Vintage meets contemporary Japanese dining with a specially created pairing of a glass of Grand Vintage and the chef’s three-sashimi selection for $95. Choose to add Pacific oysters or experience a bottle of Grand Vintage with MASU's Tokyo platter for $485.
If you fancy a specialty drink, order MASU's latest creation Leonardo. For $35, Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage is combined with clarified strawberry, orange liqueur and peach, finished with hōjicha foam and freeze-dried yuzu powder.
SkyBar: Champagne & oysters above Auckland
At SkyBar, enjoy the panoramic views alongside a glass of Grand Vintage and two oysters for $45.
Metita: A Pacific-inspired grand vintage moment
At Metita, Grand Vintage joins the restaurant’s Pacific-inspired dining experience, creating a new expression for intimate dinners and celebrations.
