STARTER

Zuppa al tartufo nero, served in Italian Bread

ANTIPASTO

Option 1
Soft poached egg on a bed of creamy parmigiana–reggiano topped with fresh shaved truffle and a sprinkle of sea salt. Served with toasted focaccia.

Option 2
Crostini con burrata e truffle
Toasted focaccia topped with creamy burrata, honey, crushed hazel nuts topped with freshly shaved truffle.

PRIMO

Option 1
Tagliolini al tartufo
Handmade tagliolini tossed una light butter and parmesan sauce finished with shaved truffle.

Option 2
Risotto al tartufo e taleggio
Creamy carnaroli risotto with taleggio cheese and finished with black truffle butter and freshly shaved truffle.

SECONDO

Option 1
Filetto di manzo con salsa al tartufo e porcini
Seared beef tenderloin, portobello, gorgonzola served on a porcini mash and truffle jus

Option 2
Petto d’Anatra al tartufo con polenta cremosa
Pan-seared duck breast finished with truffle jus, served on creamy white polenta infused with truffle oil.
