This one-night-only party brings together two legends: Auckland’s SOUL Bar & Bistro and Sydney’s iconic Icebergs Dining Room and Bar.
Fresh from picking up Restaurant Bar of the Year 2024, and famous for throwing some of Sydney’s most talked-about parties, Icebergs, is bringing its signature style, laid-back luxury, and unforgettable dining across the Tasman. Joining forces with Auckland’s own SOUL, known not just for its bold, flavour-packed food but also for its lively and unmissable parties, this collaboration promises a night to remember.
The evening kicks off with a lively cocktail reception, followed by a four-course menu by Icebergs Head Chef Alex Prichard, perfectly paired with the signature creations of Matty Opai, Icebergs’ Beverage Director and Australian Bartender Magazine’s Bar Manager of the Year 2023. His signature Icebergs cocktail will make its SOUL debut for this one-night-only collaboration.
