Learn how to shuck New Zealand oysters with Martin Bosley from Yellow Brick Road and Marek Przyborek, NZ Sommelier of the Year 2018, who will be matching wines for each oyster variety.
Martin Bosley, with a career spanning more than three decades, is one of New Zealand’s finest chefs. Living by the philosophy that we should eat what is in season, what is local and what is fresh, he has been bestowed with every major food award in the country. Known for his love for all things piscine, he proudly manages Yellow Brick Road, a sustainable seafood business.
Martin has opened restaurants, contributed to prominent food columns, released two cookbooks and produces a range of sauces, dressings, kitchenware, and comestibles known as Bosley’s Pantry. He appears regularly on television and at food festivals around the world, and has been commissioned by New Zealand Trade and Enterprise as a Chef Ambassador to Shanghai, Hong Kong, Japan and San Francisco.
Each ticket includes 8 oysters, bread for the table, scotch fillet with seasonal vegetables, a selection of sauces, a glass of wine and a shucker to take home.
