Using only the freshest seafood and finest ingredients join us to create and enjoy mouth-watering seafood meals complimented with delicious NZ wines.
The Seafood School was opened by Sanford Ltd in 2004 to encourage incorporating fish into everyday meals, trying a variety of species you may not have tasted before plus creating flavour combinations you may not have thought to try.
Offering classes for corporate events, as well as classes during the week and weekends, there is a variety on offer. It's a great gift or experience for anyone!
