Every Sunday, Bivacco are hosting an epic winter buffet-style feast featuring a mouthwatering spread of well-loved winter dishes! 

Carvery is King this Winter with a standing Prime Beef Rib Roast with loads of Yorkshire puddings, succulent crispy Harmony pork belly, and whole roasted fillets of Big Glory Bay Salmon accompanied by all the trimmings. Enjoy an unlimited spread of well-loved winter dishes.

For pasta lovers, Bivacco's whole parmesan wheel will be on display, serving handmade pipe rigate vodka alla pomodoro with aged parmesan alongside a new baked Lobster Mac n Cheese with New England lobster meat, gruyere cheese and macaroni. The seafood station will be loaded with poached prawns, smoked salmon, seared tuna, and pickled mussels with tomato & cucumber salsa alongside antipasti.

And what's a feast without a dessert station - think winter trifle, basque cheesecake, tiramisu, chocolate chip cookies, cannoli cream buns and more.

Uncomplicated Italian food conjuring the feel of the Mediterranean, with Head Chef Noah Howell and Group Executive Chef Chris Rendell at the helm. Handmade pasta. Wood fired pizza. Perfectly prepared, lovingly farmed meats brought to life with an open flame and focus on the grill.

Make a meal out of snacks, with an extended menu of antipasti. Or, if you’re feeling fresh, Bivacco serves locally sourced seafood confidently prepared to let the flavours of the cleanest oceans in the world shine. Oysters, crudo, prawns all prepared with the subtle kick of a peppery Bivacco House Citrus Olive Oil and local herbs.

And you’ll want wine. With an international and local selection, robust reds, crisp whites, sparkling wines and, of course, the all-important summer staple rosĂ©. Cocktails are designed to meet the moment and the classics are always on hand for when lunchtime kicks on into the afternoon and evening. Sun out? Sunset There’s the perfect pour waiting.
