A beautifully crafted menu doesn’t have to be complicated, which is why Onemata’s Head Chef Rob Hope-Ede has sculpted a homegrown menu, which simply brings the best of New Zealand to your plate.

From Coromandel to Bluff, Onemata’s menu is a celebration of New Zealand ingredients sourced from local suppliers, showcasing the finest of what Aotearoa has to offer. The menu is continuously developed to keep up with the latest seasonality and availability of local produce ensuring every mouthful is made up of the freshest ingredients.

Their carefully crafted menu alongside one of the most extensive wine lists in the country, mouth watering desserts and spectacular waterfront views makes Onemata a must visit restaurant in town. 

$100 for a four course Trust the Chef

Options include a 4-course bespoke menu created just for you. Top up your experience by adding a wine pairing or premium wine pairing, expertly curated by talented Sommelier Suraj.

$70 for a three course dinner

Options include fish crudo with citrus, chili & sesame, steamed market fish with black bean sauce & bok choy and roast carrot with dulcey creme, carrot cake & walnut ice cream.
