Chaat Bomb - crispy shell filled with spiced potato, sweetened yogurt, chutneys, and a sprinkle of chaat masala
Shared Entrées
Kathal-E-galawat, smoked jackfruit, mint yogurt, plum chutney and nadru crisp
Tabak Maaz, slow braised lamb ribs in saffron spiced milk, doon chutney, Kashmiri chilli & red pepper coulis and pickled onion
Shared Mains
Ruby kofta, beetroot Kofta filled w paneer, cashew, golden raisins, tomato fenugreek makhni gravy and candied almond
Golmorich Murgi, ghee tempered chicken thigh, crushed black pepper, caramelised onion and smoked cashew creme
