Options include smokey BBQ bourbon pork ribs, 200g Angus prime eye fillet with heritage carrots, agria potato mash, broccolini & verde sauce, and a mixed berry layered cake to finish.

Mushroom & truffle ravioli finished with baby spinach, parmesan & truffle oil (V)
Angus prime eye fillet 200g served with hertiage carrots, agria potato mash, vhargrilled broccolini & verde sauce (NGA)
Dessert
Chocolate texture, served with chocolate cream, strawberries soaked in prosecco, chocolate soil & chocolate toffee ice cream
Mixed berry layered cake - strawberry mousse layered on vanilla sponge with white chocolate and finished with Black Doris plum sorbet
