The sister eatery to Vie on Shortland Street, Che Viet brings a bold take on Vietnamese cooking with its regional Vietnamese dishes using ingredients sourced from Vietnam.
Highlights on Che Viet’s menu include Banh Tom Ho Tay (Hanoi crispy prawn cakes), Chan Ga Sot Thai (chicken feet with spicy sauce), Goi Ngo Sen Tom (lotus root prawn salad), and Vietnamese crab hot pot.
One of its signature platters will be the Bánh Tráng Cuốn Thịt Heo, or pork rice paper rolls, a specialty dish of Da Nang.
You can also choose from a menu of Vietnamese desserts and sweet treats to complete the meal.
