Explore the distinctive flavour of these sophisticated delights at Esther’s Truffle Triumph Lunch, one of the most extensive truffle menus in all of Auckland available on 10 July only.
You’ll be treated to an eight dish menu designed by Chef Sean Connolly, exploring the complex flavours of South Island truffles from Tewnion Truffière in Christchurch. Start with Périgold truffle fonduta with toasted ciabatta, savour ricotta gnocchi with mushrooms and truffles, and tuck into an apple tart fin with truffle ice cream to finish off the feast.
