Celebrate the beginning of the winter truffle season at Bivacco with an incredible evening with Terra Sancta wines and King’s Truffles.

Executive Chef Chris Rendell has curated a menu to showcase new season truffles and complement the delicious selection of Terra Sancta wines. Enjoy canapes and four courses with dishes finished with freshly shaved Périgord Truffles. Think chicken liver profiteroles, beef carpaccio with truffle emulsion and a stand out duck & truffle pie.

Terra Sancta's Winemaker Andrew Keenleyside will guide you through a selection of wines from their award winning portfolio including two single vineyard Pinot Noir and Mysterious Diggings Pinot Noir which was recently awarded 98 points by James Suckling and joint #1 highest rated 2022 NZ wine .

Ticket includes canapès and an aperitivo on arrival, followed by four truffle inspired courses with matched wines.
