At Saan, Executive Chef Wichian 'Lek' Trirattanavati introduced authentic, inventive Thai cooking that became some of the most loved — and awarded — South-East Asian food in the city.
Since Saan, Lek has been Chef de Cuisine of Pra Nakhon at Capella Bangkok (voted #1 hotel in the Travel + Leisure Luxury Awards 2025) and is now Group Executive Chef for the Jim Thompson Company.
Lek returns with a menu that travels from North to South Thailand, alongside Saan favourites — including the soft-shell crab that won Metro Top 50 Best Dish in 2019. Signature Saan cocktails, including the Weeping Butterfly and Tom Yum Martini, also return.
