Join Creative Culinary Director Sean Connolly and Executive Chef James Laird for Yia Yia's Dinner, a one-night celebration of the Greek grandmothers who shaped the flavours of an entire cuisine. Inspired by Sean and James' deep dive into the traditions of Greek cooking, the evening brings two real Yia Yias to the table: Stella Bares QSO, five-term president of Wellington's Greek Orthodox Community, and her dear friend Georgina Aspros. Together with New Zealand's only specialist Greek importer, Taste of Greece, they'll bring the spirit of the Greek table to life over a three-course feast. Expect honest, generous food.
