For one night only, two of Auckland’s most recognisable chefs unite for an extraordinary culinary collaboration. Gareth Stewart of Advieh and Dariush Lolaiy of Cazador bring together their distinct perspectives for a five-course dining experience inspired by the flavours of the Middle East. Stewart’s refined interpretation of Middle Eastern flavours meets Lolaiy’s produce-driven, heritage-inspired cooking in a menu that celebrates creativity, craftsmanship, and a shared respect for ingredients.
