Do not miss this seafood extravaganza at Ostro this Restaurant Month. This one-off event in the exclusive Matisse Room in the Seafarers Building in Britomart will see Josh Shields, head chef of Ostro, present New Zealand’s best, freshest and premium produce. Joining Josh for the evening will also be Savor Group’s executive chef Chris Rendell, who has worked in restaurants from Australia, to London and New York. Joining forces, this duo will take the stage to bring diners a sophisticated and contemporary dinner featuring the best of New Zealand seafood - a tasting menu of scallop, oysters, salmon, crayfish, hapuka and Kingfish matched with specially curated wine for each course. Join these chefs as they take your taste buds on a unique night of culinary adventure on the high seas!
