Besos Latinos chef and owner Luis Cabrera presents an exclusive showcase of the taste of Mexico this Restaurant Month. With a career spanning 24 years across the globe this university qualified and multi-lingual food hero will prepare a one-off feast that cannot be regarded as just another Mexican dinner. Chef Luis will present an eight-course menu inspired by prehispanic Aztec and Mayan origins and featuring distinctive Latin American ingredients such as agave, nopales and blue corn.
With every dish, you can expect to learn about the history, traditional techniques and fusion of ingredients that elevates Latin American cuisine up a notch and will change your perception of Mexican food forever.
