As part of the upcoming Better September at Britomart, you have the chance to take part in the ultimate fitness experience: a Progressive Workout.
Each workout will start in Takutai Square with a 20-minute class taken by Les Mills. You’ll then be taken on a 20 minute run, led by athlete and coach Lydia O’Donnell, followed by a 20-minute yoga class with lululemon athletica. Everyone who attends will enjoy a complimentary juice from The Store at the end.

The Progressive Workouts are free to attend but you must register – they’re always popular and there are just 40 spaces available each week.
