It's September 1st 1989. Veronica Sawyer, a misfit senior at Westerberg High, dreams of a better day, and hustles her way into the school's most idolised yet ruthless clique: the Heathers. But when she falls for mysterious teen rebel J.D, she learns quickly that while it might kill to be nobody, it is murder to be somebody.
Based on the 1989 cult-classic film of the same name, Heathers is hilarious, heartfelt and homicidal. With music, lyrics and book by award-winning creative Kevin Murphy and Laurence O'Keefe, this devilishly delicious black comedy is brought to you by an electric young cast as part of Encore Theatre Collective's inaugural teen/young adult production.
$2 per hour to a max of $12 on weekends and a $12 flat rate for weekday evenings at The Civic car park. Find out more.
