The time has come, GILT is (almost) in session. Gilt is excited to announce that doors will be opening on Wednesday 18th of October.
Gilt is an all-day, inner-city brasserie serving contemporary European fare with local charm. A long lunch that turns into dinner, a special celebration, or unwinding with a martini at the bar – you’re always welcome at Gilt.
Online reservations will be limited, so be sure to get in quick. Gilt will be predominantly a walk-in space with guests always welcome at the bar, as well as select tables dedicated to walk-ins for those impromptu lunches and last-minute plans.
