Hosting a party this summer?  Learn how to make 3 seafood canapés matched with Auckland Seafood School's favourite cocktails.  

Design time-saving nibbles that will be the talking point of summer entertaining.  These easy tasty recipes with trendy, classy cocktails will get your party started in no time!

In this class, make ceviche lettuce cups with chipotle mayonnaise, whipped smoked fish, pickled onions with grilled sourdough and cured salmon and dill blini with wasabi creme.

Your Chef - John Campbell
John Campbell trained in New Zealand before travelling to Sydney and through Asia, surfing whenever there were waves. He landed in London and worked in restaurants and hotels while gaining a certificate in Advanced Cookery at Westminster Catering College.

Enjoy a complimentary glass of white Sangria on arrival. Bar open from 5.30pm onwards.
Class starts promptly at 6pm.
