New Zealand winery, Cloudy Bay, is treating culinary enthusiasts to an iconic nationwide food and wine tasting series. With the introduction of the Pinot and Game tasting trail, Cloudy Bay is inviting you to partake in this impeccable winter pariing of game meat with its acclaimed Pinot Noir wines, in participating restaurants until the end of June.

Seared Pāmu farms venison loin, shaved and roasted young beets, spiced beetroot gel, lightly pickled onions with hints of manuka honey, 70% couverture jus and forest herbs.
