The Little Theatre returns this year featuring video content created during the Covid19 lockdown. The software program Zoom was used by many for work, and discovered by many as a great tool to keep social connections alive during isolation.
The Little Theatre takes us back to these strange and new experiences through 6 screens, one large iMac and 5 small iPads. On one small screen is content from the empty streets of the city, the main screen and the other smaller ones host live interactive Zoom sessions curated by the theatre managers.
The audience can interact with others who are also accessing the screens, as well as the hosts who control the content and a selection of images for the background.
Live Zoom session on opening evening. Sat 10 Oct, 5.30pm.
Supported by Auckland Council.
Part of Artweek in the City Centre.
Park for $2 per hour, to a maximum of $10 on evenings and weekends at the Victoria St car park. Find out more.
