On the evening, Logan Richmond from Sawmill Brewery will take you behind the scenes of each brew – sharing the stories, craft, and passion that make Sawmill’s beers so distinctive. Each pour will be paired with a dish curated by Head Chef Sercan Condek, thoughtfully designed to complement and elevate its unique character. Together, they’ll guide you through an evening of flavour, discovery, and perfectly balanced experiences.
