Everyday, Les Mills and TVNZ will be bringing an at home workout to our TV screens. At both 9am and 3pm each day the free-to-air workouts will range from high-intensity training to stretching and meditation. There will also be workouts designed specifically for children and teenagers. If you can’t tune in to the TV at the time it will be broadcast, don’t worry, the workouts will be available on TVNZ OnDemand – no excuses now to skip your daily workout. And if that isn't enough, Les Mills will also be doing Instagram live workouts at 7am, 11am, 2pm, and 7pm weekdays and 11am and 2pm on weekends - See the schedule hereAdditionally, Ish Cheyne (head of fitness) will be bringing you some wise words in the form of the Les Mills at Home podcast on Spotify. Tune in to get some top tips on how to recreate your routine at home.


Anytime Fitness

Connect to the Anytime Fitness Lorne Street Instagram page and participate in weekly live-streamed home workouts. Classes will include HIIT, CORE, STRETCH, ABT, and Zumba workouts with their friendly trainers.
