Why not grab one of Culprit’s at home meal kits which comes with all you need for a delicious three course, eight dish, meal for two people, including a Little Culprit. Cocktail. All you have to do is just heat, assemble, plate and eat! The menu changes weekly, but to give you an idea of what you can expect, this is what their most recent meal kit was filled with – A grazing course of, potato crips with kimchi seasoning; kingfish sashimi with yuzu kosho creme fraiche, fresh green chilli & lime; chicken liver parfait with muscat & apple jelly, witloof, & Otis’ mum’s brioche; ‘fried’ truffled brie, filo pastry, nasturtium, honey comb & truffle oil. For the main course; slow cooked lamb shoulder moussaka with saffron potato, fried eggplant, & ricotta bechamel; shiitake milk buns; and crunchita lettuce with tahini ranch, lavosh & sumac crumbs. For dessert a sweet self-saucing chocolate pudding - Dutch cocoa & Miann chocolate chunk pudding with orange cream & freeze dried mandarin.

Another meal kit to consider for celebrating something special is king’s ‘fun pack’. Their fun pack comes with three courses and simple heating and assembly instructions. Starting with an antipasti of marinated olives, burrata, snapper taramasalata, and charcuterie, followed by a main course of either gurnard, chickpea and wakame hot pot (Thursdays), smoked fish pie (Fridays) or wild venison lasagne (Saturdays). The meal kit also comes with a couple of side dishes – Daily Bread focaccia, and salad leaves. For the third course, a Basque cheesecake slice will top off the meal.

The Grove at Home, $120 | The Grove
It’s no secret that The Grove is fine dining at its best, and they’re offering the full The Grove at Home experience with their famous Wellingtons! This one involves a little bit of cooking at home, and is sure to have you feeling like a pro chef. Start with their homemade wild garlic butter bread with cultured butter, then pick your choice of Wellington for the main – 55 day aged Beef Wellington with truffled duxelles, potato gratin, wilted greens and smoked bone marrow sauce, or Houhora Bay Hapuka Wellington with mashed potato, wilted greens and seaweed butter sauce. There’s also a vegetarian Wellington available upon request. For dessert, its your choice of either yuzu meringue pie or rum and pineapple sticky toffee pudding, both served with Lewis Road vanilla ice cream. This meal kit serves two.

Celebrating with a bigger bubble? Make sure to check out Ebisu’s Omakase menu. Serving 4-6 people, this menu is perfect for that first outdoor catch up with another bubble. The Omakase menu showcases some of Ebisu’s bestselling dishes, like their signature sashimi, ebi mayo roll, karaage chicken, and sticky pork belly (the hot dishes will require some simple cooking at home). Cheers to the occasion with an order of their signature cocktails including the Yuzu Margarita, Lychee Sake-tini, or the Yuhu Negroni. All cocktails are $20 and serve two people.

Botswana Banquette Menu, $70pp | Botswana Butchery
A beautiful banquet screams celebration, and Botswana Butchery’s menu is not to be missed. No heating or cooking at home is required for this one and includes two entrees, two mains, a selection of sides and a dessert. For the entrees, expect Botswana Peking Duck with carrot, cucumber, spring onion salad, steamed pancakes and hoisin, and South Island whitebait fritters. The main course sees a 1.2kg slow roasted Te Mana lamb shoulder and a 1kg braised Wagyu beef short rib, accompanied by side dishes of duck fat potatoes, green beans & macadamia nut dressing, garden vegetable salad with caper & oregano dressing, and macaroni cheese with bacon. For dessert, sticky date pudding with butterscotch and sauce anglaise.
