The Landing Rosé is a perfect springtime wine, creamy and delicate, with vibrant stonefruit flavours. It goes beautifully with the seafood bites created by kingi's head chef Stefania – oyster with umeboshi, finger lime & chilli oil, a Mt Cook salmon rillette on matcha cracker, and – back by popular demand – cured kahawai with blood orange and hibiscus.
If you’d like to extend the evening, you can also upgrade to a tasting flight of The Landing wines – the custom kingi white blend, Rosé, the award-winning Chardonnay, and Pinot Gris. And they even have the non-drinkers covered, with a delicious non-alcoholic Rosé also available on request.
