HI-SO Rooftop Bar embraces Negroni Week with limited-edition Negroni cocktails that put an avant-garde and bold spin on the classics. They're available anytime HI-SO Rooftop Bar is open.
HI-SO's 2025 Negroni Week Cocktails are:
- Beneath the Veil | $22 | a chocolate, coffee and walnut clarified negroni that's clarified with chocolate milk. Made with coffee-infused gin, Campari, vermouth, chocolate Liqueur, walnut & orange bitters and clarified with chocolate milk.
- Blush and Bitter | $22 | a pretty and pink, floral-styled negroni. Made with yuzu gin, Lillet Rose, Campari, peach liquer and rhubarb bitters.
- Notte Negroni | $22 | Caramelised demerara sugar meets an punchy, orange-infused gin.
- Hei Bai Negroni | $22 | A storied, campari-based negroni emboldened by a thick layer of sesame cream
