EntréeGraze on a delightful selection of appetisers for the table to share.

  • House-made baby baguette with lightly-salted cultured butter.
  • Experience a twist on a Kiwi classic with a hāngi lamb & cheese pie! Think delicate puff pastry, enhanced with the rich flavours of parmesan and truffle oil.
  • Seafood lovers will enjoy freshly shucked natural Te Matuku oysters, served with a squeeze of meyer lemon.
  • Shaved cold-smoked salmon, citrus, smooth crème fraîche, and a sprinkle of chives.
  • Enjoy a glass of Elephant Hill Sparkling Rosé, paired perfectly with this delightful selection of snacks.

Main: for the main course, an array of exquisite dishes designed for the table to share.

  • Braised wagyu beef cheek bourguignon, where tender, slow-cooked wagyu beef cheeks are enveloped in a deeply flavorful bourguignon sauce. Paired with a fricassée of garden leeks and creamy potato purée.
  • Savor the wood-fired Ahi garden hāngi vegetables, cooked with a blend of aromatic herbs, olive oil, garlic, and preserved lemon.
  • Enjoy a glass of Paddy Borthwick Pinot Noir 2020, an ideal match with its complex notes to complement the deep flavours of the main course.

Dessert: for a sweet finale, indulge in an elegant and decadent opera cake! This exquisite dessert features layers of delicate almond sponge soaked in rich coffee syrup. Each bite reveals the smooth, velvety texture of French buttercream, meticulously spread between each layer. Topping it all off is a glossy, luxurious chocolate glaze that adds a delightful hint of bitterness to counterbalance the sweetness.
