Xi’an Biang Biang provides the authentic food from Xi’an, one of the oldest cities in China.

The Shaanxi province is well known for its particular style of cooking: making elaborate use of everyday ingredients, meals can encompass tasty hotpots, hearty stews and delectable dumplings. Characterised by strong flavours, nourishing meals and an emphasis on savoury aromas such as salt, garlic, onion, and vinegar, Xi’an has its own particular take on the province’s approach to cuisine.

Make sure to try the Biang Biang noodles topped with chilli, you won't be disappointed! Other dishes on the menu that stand out are the spicy vermicelli and the noodle soup with pork mince and vinegar. If you're keen to try something new & different, the sliced beef and ox tongue in chili sauce is an adventurous dish!
