Dance is larger than life on the big screen this festival with Digi-Dance, a curated series of cutting-edge dance films from artists all over the country. In a digitally-focused world, film becomes a valued and accessible platform for choreographers to experiment and share their work with large audiences. Digi-Dance is a non-ticketed event screening at the Digital Stage in Aotea Square and will play on a 60-minute loop from 1pm on specific festival dates.
Digi-Dance includes films by RNZB resident choreographer Loughlan Prior, street dance extraordinaire Seidah Tuaoi, Grace Woollett, and Kerryn McMurdo.
