On Thursday 1 November, The Sugar Club will mark World Vegan Day by expanding their vegan offering and turning plant based for the day.
The Sugar Club has a distinguished history of challenging the status quo, notably through Peter Gordon’s ground-breaking fusion cuisine which has established him as one of New Zealand’s culinary stars.
To celebrate World Vegan Day, Executive Chef of The Sugar Club Josh Barlow will create an exclusively plant based menu that will be uncompromising in flavour and reflect the flavour of current seasonal produce
Josh Barlow joined the restaurant in May this year and has made a considerable impression with his dedication to producing innovative fusion cuisine.
This bold step will task The Sugar Club with thinking outside the box to deliver a menu that is truly memorable for both vegan diners and regular guests.
Guests can choose from an exquisite three-course lunch for $59 per person and Chef's Spring menu that will go through a journey of seven courses for $135.
