Owners, Berdina Stuart and husband Shane Liu have always wanted to open this little slice of dumpling heaven and with the help of 'the mother of dumplings' aka Mama Lan (Shane’s mother) they have!
Specialising in Shanghainese dumplings with a twist, there are traditional fillings like pork and cabbage or tofu and vegetable available.
Our pick though is the delightfully Kiwi spin with mince and cheese dumplings making it onto the menu.
Sumthin Dumplin has earned cult status in the city centre and is perfect for lunch, dinner or a post-dinner snack!
