About Vector Lights
Vector Lights is a world-first solar, battery and peer-to-peer powered Auckland Harbour Bridge light show that demonstrates a smarter way to power our city. Vector Lights will be programmed for special events throughout the year and subtly frame the architecture of the Harbour Bridge on every other night.
Vector Lights for Bowel Cancer Awareness Month 2025 | 1 - 4 JUN, 6pm - 12am
Starting 1 June, Vector Lights on Auckland’s iconic Harbour Bridge will shine in support of Bowel Cancer Awareness Month. With over 3,300 Kiwis diagnosed annually, bowel cancer is the second-highest cause of cancer death in Aotearoa. See the Auckland Harbour Bridge sparkle in all colours of the rainbow from 6pm to midnight, every 15 minutes.
Vector Lights Celebrating Auckland
Vector Lights is Celebrating Auckland! Enjoy a stunning light show celebrating Tamaki Makaurau every weekend! Showing every Friday and Saturday night, approximately 30 minutes from sunset.
This means even if Vector Lights isn’t celebrating one of our iconic events, festivals and days of significance, we’ll still be lighting up the bridge with a dedicated show. A perfect opportunity to get together with friends and family on the waterfront or at one of the many viewing spots around the city with a picnic.
